Where we are

If you arrive by car:
If you come from the North of Italy, take the motorway A1 as far as Parma. Afterwards, take the motorway A15 Parma-La Spezia, and leave it at the tollgate of Aulla. After having left the motorway, take the state street Cisa towards La Spezia. After about 7 km turn left towards Caprigliola. When you are in the Medieval Centre follow the road signs for L’Acchiappasogni.
If you come from Italy’s Centre and South, take the motorway A12 towards La Spezia, and leave it at the tollgate of Santo Stefano Magra. After having left the motorway take the state street Cisa towards Parma, go on for about 3 km, at the crossroads turn right towards Caprigliola. When you are in the Medieval Centre follow the road signs for L’Acchiappasogni.
If you arrive by train:

You have to arrive at the railway station of Aulla on the line Parma-La Spezia. From the railway station take a bus towards Caprigliola (the bus terminal is close to the railway station). Once arrived in the Medieval Centre, you have to go on by foot in order to reach L’Acchiappasogni on denoted trails.
